If your order has not been processed/shipped yet, we may be able to update or cancel it. Please email us as soon as possible with your order number. Once processing/shipping starts, changes may not be possible.
Contact us immediately with the correct address. If the order is already shipped, we cannot guarantee changes. Any reshipping fees (if applicable) may be the customer’s responsibility.

The best way to choose your size is to measure a belt you currently use.
Measure the full length of your existing belt in centimeters, including the buckle.
Then select the closest size from the chart below.
You only need to know the total length of your current belt in centimeters.

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate your package, please take the following steps immediately:
Check around your property, mailbox area, reception desk, or building entrance.
Ask neighbors or household members if they accepted the package.
Review the tracking details for delivery location notes or photo confirmation (some carriers such as UPS may provide live tracking or delivery photos).
If the package is still missing, please contact the carrier directly to open a delivery investigation or claim as soon as possible.
Once a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers according to the carrier’s delivery confirmation.
We are happy to assist by providing tracking details and shipment documentation, but delivery disputes must be addressed with the carrier.
For added security, we recommend customers monitor their tracking status closely on delivery day and arrange a secure receiving location if necessary.
